HOLDS 90 SEATED WITH SPACE FOR A DANCE FLOOR INSIDE



Professional quality structure which can withstand up to 65mph wind speeds. Is fully waterproof & windproof. Can be installed on grass or a hard surface (weighting is required for hard standing). Can be installed up to a building to serve as an additional room.


Dark grey colour or biscuit as standard. Other colours are also available.

Ultradeck hard flooring (quoted) used for 90% of events. Follows the ground terrain, this flooring is our most popular option due to the fact it not damage the grass, astroturf or hard surface, but still gives you a firm & practical floor. The most cost effective type of floor.
Interlocking Boarded Flooring is recommended for more uneven terrain. It still doesn't level the floor but does travel over smaller gradient changes.
Levelled Cassette Floor - For the best flooring solution - we can offer a cassette floor which can provide a levelled floor and traverse height differences of up to 1m. A very expensive floor solution recommended mainly for weddings & corporate.


Finished in White. Marquee lining instantly transforms your marquee into a beautiful looking venue. Recommended for all events.
Swag colour can also be chosen. Which can be neutral or a contrasting colour of your choice. Or for a more modern look swags can be removed (see 2nd image with pink uplighters for this example)

Our standard chandeliers are finished in a matt silver.

i) Obtaining a 4% damage waiver from Abacus Marquee & Event Hire which will cover for the cost of fire, theft, vandalism, storm and flooding. The damage waiver does not cover any negligence or carelessness by the client or their guests.
ii) Obtaining insurance to cover fire, theft, vandalism, storm & flooring to cover the total replacement value

Our 5ft super-slick gloss black bars are an awesome set up for your event. The bar comes with a hidden bar counter for your guests to either serve themselves or have someone working behind the bar.

Our bar/silver service trained bar staff can take the pressure off you as a host for your event. They will ensure your bar is fully stocked at all times, can help with welcome drinks and go around throughout the event to tidy empty glasses & bottled.

Abacus can also supply cocktail experienced staff for a full cocktail experience too.

A 20% Deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance payment is required to be paid as cleared received funds no later than 2 weeks before your installation date.

They provided 3 perfect sized marquees for our needs. Literally everything went by without a hitch. The dance floor, tables, chairs, decorations, filming, tv screens, waiting staff, glass hire, ice & a chiller trailer. Terms & Conditions (Summary)
Making a Booking.
The equipment inventory must be checked by the hirer and a confirmation e-mail sent to Abacus Marquee & Event Hire stating any corrections or accepting the inventory as it is. Within this e-mail a request to confirm the booking should be made.
Upon this request an invoice for the deposit (20% of total hire fee) shall be sent to the client immediately upon an order being placed. The client shall also be aware that the hire is not confirmed until the deposit is received as cleared funds. The balance payment is due as cleared funds with Abacus Marquee & Event Hire before the event date stated on the quotation.
Cancelling Your Booking.
In the event of a full cancellation - cancellations will include the loss of the deposit.
• Cancellations more than 28 days before the time of hire – no further charge.
• Cancellations between 14 and 28 days before the time of hire – further 20% of the total hire charge.
• Cancellations less than 14 days before the time of hire – 40% of the total hire charge.
All quotations given by Abacus Marquee & Event Hire are under the assumption that the site for erection is level and of a firm stature. The entrance to the site should be of sufficient size for a large vehicle and its load.
It is also assumed that the area in which the marquee is being erected is of a suitable size, clear of any animal faeces and clear of obstructions. If access to the site is prohibited due to ground conditions, Abacus Marquee & Event Hire reserves the right to alter the location of the marquee to a position that is reasonably accessible.
Delays.
Abacus Marquee & Event Hire reserves the right to charge the client if delays are encountered as a result of the site not being ready at the time and date agreed. The hourly charge will be £85.00+VAT and will be divisible to the nearest half hour.
Damage.
The company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to the site included buried features unless clearly marked by the hirer.
The hire charges do not include any repairs or making good to the site that may be required.
3rd Party Suppliers.
Abacus Marquee & Event Hire does not accept liability for equipment failures from any of its 3rd party suppliers (i.e. toilets, generators, refrigeration trailers). If the quotation has been accepted by the client in the form of a deposit being paid to Abacus Marquee & Event Hire against the quotation, it is assumed that the client has approved the 3rd party contractor and the equipment they supply, and any grievances will be taken up directly with that supplier.
Client Responsibilities
The hirer is responsible and will indemnify the company against any loss or damage whatsoever the cause for all of the equipment on-site for the entire duration of the hire including installation and removal days.
• The client shall provide clear indication as to where the equipment should be placed.
• The client must leave the marquee in a clean and tidy state, free from any items not belonging to Abacus Marquee & Event Hire. This also includes litter, glassware, vomit and spillages. Time spent by Abacus Marquee & Event Hire employees clearing items from the marquee, or making good of our equipment will be chargeable at £15.00+Vat per employee, per hour.
Forced Majure.
Whilst every effort will be made by the company to complete any orders, the company cannot be held liable for non-completion of orders due to matters beyond its control.
Payment
Payment for this work will be completed in the following manner:
- 20% Deposit is required to secure your booking
- Balance of payment is due the week we set your marquee up via online transfer or card payment.
Marquee installation will not take place until cleared funds are received.
